Company
A person or a group of people that work towards a common goal. They are solving a certain problem to sustain themselves in the market. A company wants to be profitable with a high growth rate to remain a good investment candidate in the market.
Team/Group Managers
The people part of a company who wants to achieve the targets of their team. They want talent within their team to achieve these goals with quality, efficiency and at minimal cost. If the talent is not available within the team, they want to outsource the job with the same focus on quality, efficiency and profit maximisation (cost minimisation).
Hiring Managers
The people part of the company or third party who help the Team Managers find the right talent and get their job done within the least amount of time. They also help the managers maintain their productivity towards their company while finding the right hire.
Talent
The people or machines that are capable of doing a job with the desired quality, timeframe and cost.
